Vanilla Bean

The Delicious, yet "safe" bet for any wedding or party.  Vanilla cake, (made not with Vanilla extract as you would expect, but with a Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste.)  Yeah, these cupcakes like to "move it, move it!"  I top them with white pearls to give them the perfect "classic" feel. Ahhh, Vanilla, you can never be wrong.

Lemon

For all of you fruity cake lovers, (different from fruitcake, i.e. cake or people;) this fluffy and light lemon cake is frosted with lemon, and of course a lemon-drop on top (plus some crushed and sprinkled for the visual appeal.)

Milk Chocolate

Another favorite, you can't really go wrong with a traditional milk chocolate cake can you?  (If you said "yes," just come and try one, I dare you!) This cake is topped with chocolate frosting and sprinkled with shaved chocolate (milk chocolate and semi-sweet.)  mmmm... chocolate.  Anybody need a mood boost?

Mocha Caramel

The perfect blend of coffee and chocolate in a moist cake, topped with caramel frosting. Finished with a caramel drizzle, dusting of espresso powder and 3 chocolate covered coffee beans.  I call it the "Mormon Coffee Cupcake" for fun.

Chocolate Mint

Chocolate cake with an infusion of mint. Topped with mint icing and chocolate jimmies. "What are chocolate jimmies," you ask?  They happen to be those tasty little chocolate sprinkles you would put on cupcakes as a kid.  "Jimmie" just happens to be the fancy-shmancy decorators term for those tasty little treats.

Cherry Limeaide

Think Sonic's refreshing cherry limeade here; lime flavored cake topped with sweet cherry icing and a lime twist.  The Maraschino Cherry adds the perfect touch. I think this cupcake is the perfect combination of sweet and sour!  It reminds me of summer days, sundresses, and lemonade for twenty-five cents from the kids at the corner.

Caramel Apple

This is a wonderful spice cake with tart apple pieces inside, caramel icing and topped with a caramel drizzle with a sprinkling of walnut and toffee pieces.  This not only has the warm scent of baking apple pie, but also carries that comforting spice aroma that reminds you of grandma's house.

Peanut Butter Cup

"There's no wrong way to eat a Reece's.... cupcake."  This moist chocolate cake with a Peanut butter filling has been a consistent favorite since it's conception last year. Topped with peanut butter icing, chocolate jimmies, (tasty little chocolate sprinkles) and half of a peanut butter cup. This cupcake is sure to give even the pickiest cupcake snob a delightful sugar buzz.

Lemon Meringue

This lemon cupcake with lemon filling and meringue on top is my baby sisters favorite! She has cautioned me that eating nine within two hours can be dangerous for your blood sugar, and keeping my oldest daughter from picking off the meringue has proved to be a more daunting task than I had anticipated. It's nice to have this treat in my pocket as the best bribery for some family members.

Oreo Cupcake

Another favorite.  Chocolate cake with an Oreo cookie hidden inside. Oreo icing and an Oreo on top. This cupcake seems to be the "safest" for most young kids as it has the familiar Oreo on top.
